Corporate Social Responsibility - Recent Developments

The corporation's "free flow of goods" argument was unsuccessful in removing the ban of even displaying tobacco products for sale in Norway shops; Shops wishing to sell tobacco products, "Must keep cigarettes in unmarked cabinets or special vending machines with no visible logos. Customers wishing to buy tobacco must actively ask merchants for it."
